Pre-K

4 – 5 years

Our Pre-K teachers are committed to providing an excellent education that meets each student’s interests, abilities, and needs. We challenge our students to develop intellectual independence, creativity, curiosity and a sense of responsibility toward others. The curriculum for Pre-K is structured to encourage our students to begin letter recognition and sounds, writing, creative thinking, and problem solving. We provide opportunities for children to ask questions, express curiosity, develop confidence, independence, and a high self-esteem which will be great tools to carry forward into Kindergarten.

The Pre-K classroom is setup to provide positive experiences; with furniture scaled to their size, and setup to achieve a natural flow. Every June we have a graduation celebration for our students moving on to Kindergarten, at that point each student will have the ability soak up the world of knowledge, learn through play, recognize and write their letters as well as their name. Kindergarten readiness is an essential part of this program!
